Wayne provides customized investment solutions and comprehensive wealth management strategies for high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners. With decades of industry experience, he has developed a disciplined investment process focused on wealth preservation while identifying and capitalizing on long-term growth opportunities. Wayne’s depth of expertise allows him to uncover potential gaps in existing financial plans and identify strategies that address all aspects of his clients’ financial needs-including those they may not yet have considered. His strong sense of fiduciary responsibility and unwavering commitment to his clients’ financial well-being are central to his approach and contribute meaningfully to their long-term success.

Wayne holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University and has been working in the financial services industry for over 30 years. He joined Richardson Wealth in 2025, bringing with him extensive experience from leading Canadian financial institutions. Wayne earned the Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designation in 1995 and was granted the Portfolio Manager title in 2017.
Robert M. da Silva, CFA®, CAIA®, B.Comm. Finance
Associate Investment Advisor
Robert brings more than 20 years of experience in the investment management industry, with deep expertise across trading, portfolio strategy, and capital markets.
Prior to joining Richardson Wealth, he served as Vice President & Trader at a leading independent wealth management firm, where he oversaw all trading activities and was a member of the firm’s investment committees responsible for guiding both equity and investment-grade fixed income strategies.
Earlier in his career, Robert led the Canadian business development for the Fixed Income Derivatives product division at one of Canada’s foremost exchange groups. He also spent eight years at one of Canada’s largest bank-owned asset managers, where he held a number of roles, including Trader on the Global Fixed Income team.
Robert holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) in Finance from Concordia University and is both a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) charterholder.
Lindsay McRae
Associate
Lindsay has been active in the financial services industry since 2019 and currently serves clients at Richardson Wealth. She provides comprehensive wealth management support through a wide range of client-facing responsibilities, ensuring timely, professional, and personalized service. Lindsay plays an integral role in coordinating and implementing wealth management strategies, responding to client needs with precision and care.
Driven by a strong educational background and industry expertise, Lindsay brings a proactive and meticulous approach to wealth planning. She supports clients in clarifying their financial goals, evaluating their needs, and contributing to detailed retirement and long-term wealth planning strategies.
Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from McGill University. She has completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and the Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH), and is currently completing the examinations required to obtain her Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designation and Portfolio Manager registration. Lindsay is committed to continuous professional development and to expanding her expertise within the wealth management industry.
Outside of work, Lindsay is an avid ringette player, enjoys a nice round of golf following by a lunch with her family, and has a passion for travel.
Elaine Taing
Assistant
In her role as Assistant, Elaine supports the team by ensuring clients receive attentive, professional, and timely service. With an academic background in History and Fine Arts, and a keen attention to detail, Elaine ensures that every client interaction is handled thoughtfully and accurately, helping clients feel confident that nothing is overlooked.
Elaine has prior experience in the client service industry, where she developed the ability to effectively multi-task and perform well in fast-paced environments. Before joining Richardson, she worked in a similar capacity as an Administrative Associate, supporting client transactions and requests and assisting with client onboarding and transitions.
Outside of the office, Elaine is pursuing professional certifications and enjoys cooking and exploring new hobbies, including archery, curling, and mixed-media arts.
